Updated August 14, 2026. These terms explain how DeetsDash handles accounts, published dashboards, and connected provider data.
What We Collect
DeetsDash stores account profile data, session records, dashboard and card definitions, and provider connection records required to render and refresh your displays.
Provider Credentials
For connected providers such as TikTok, we store server-side access and refresh tokens and related account metadata needed to keep your selected metrics updated.
How We Use Data
Stored data is used to authenticate your account, render editor experiences, and refresh the metrics you explicitly configure. Public pages serve cached output and do not expose your raw third-party access tokens.
Retention
We keep operational data only as long as necessary to run the service, maintain reliability, and meet security requirements. Connected-account records are removed when you disconnect a provider or when integration access is no longer valid.
Operational Logs
Service logs may include request, sync, and error metadata for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Logs are access-controlled and retained for limited operational periods.
Your Choices
You control what you publish and which providers you connect. You can remove provider connections and update dashboard visibility from within the app.
